Expect disappointment

Had high hopes for this product. While the nose of my whiskey changed from more wood forward to cherry forward. The taste is awful. There is no roundness, no substitution for barrel aging I suppose, but I was not expecting to make something terribly unpalatable. Almost like adding bitter wood and glue to your whiskey.
