Clikstand S-2 Stainless

You get what you pay for. This is a high quality product, of quality materials. Pieces are smooth and burr free, bends are crisp, well defined and precise. In a word "SWEET".Lightweight and strong, component pieces interlock and the burner support "clicks" into place securing the structure. Disassembly is equally quick and easy. Component pieces nest together and along with the burner support will fit inside most cooksets. The Titianium version is even lighter than this one -- Stainless steel is just fine for me though.

Quality product, but concerns about the seller.

I used to be a MSR/pressure stove guy but I have now been using this with the Trangia burner for years now and don't see going back. It is a precision piece of gear and assembles and disassemble as well as it did when it was new. Unless you need a lot of flame control for simmering, alcohol is a great way to go since nothing can break. No o-rings, seals, pumps etc.... About the only reason I wouldn't use it if I was mountaineering and going into really high elevations where the air is thin. Other than that, I usually set it up to get the water boiling and by the time I camp is set, the water is ready. Oh and it's quiet. My Dragonfly would wake up the moose in Canada everytime I fired it up

Made in the USA and very well made made at that. I have used this stand and S-2C windscreen with the Trangia alcohol stove twice and have been very pleased with the combination. My only improvement would be to include some sort of lightweight bag for the stand to help prevent scratching when stored inside of cookware. Highly recommended!
