Not very good!!!
The spice I bought was banger style breakfast sausage. It was no where near the taste of breakfast sausages, it had an odd flavor added to it maybe because they wanted to be unique like everyone today. Keeping it a well known flavor that everyone enjoys and what is a cooking standard does not apply here. If you want something to not taste like you know then be my guest I'll pass!!!
