I didn't notice any real difference with my kp using this or amlactin. The main positive for KPCare is it's a lotion not a cream, and it doesn't stink. The smell and thickness of amlactin being less desirable, but for the price and results I'll stick with the amlactin.

If you have chicken skin this is the product for you. Within just a week I already noticed a difference in my arm which is where I have my dry skin issue. I don't even have to use it every day anymore now that it is under control. Usually this happens more to me in the dry cold winters, and I haven't noticed it at all!

It hasn't helped my KP at all... I was really hopeful as I have tried so many other products/things. It may work for you but no results here:( I would give 0 stars if permitted, not really worth 1 star.
