Works perfectly as an in line switch with my PC for toggling it on/off for sleep mode. Set up and integrating into my automations was a little tricky. But it's nice having the ability to turn the computer on/off from anywhere.

This allowed me to control my garage door opener through my Echo devices and also with Siri. It does take a little knowledge about electrical wiring and being a little handy with DIY stuff. I basically soldered the wires to the button connectors in a garage remote and this device simulates pushing the button. This device has two settings. On and stay on (until you switch it back off) or temporarily on (simulating pressing the button on a garage remote and letting go). I of course hooked it up the second way and it works great with my garage door opener. I have a WiFi equipped garage door opener but Liftmaster/Chamberlin doesn’t have any app that will work with Echo devices and I also couldn’t find any free third party app that would give me voice controls so I came up with this solution. I believe Liftmaster/Chamberlin may allow Echo devices to operate your garage door but I believe they charge a monthly fee to give access to that (not 100% sure on that). But I wasn’t going to pay a monthly fee just for that so if you are able to solder and know basic electronics, you could easily do this and this device will do exactly what you want it to do.

This was a great device to augment my irrigation controller. There used to be a rain sensor that was spliced in that would cut the power to the sprinkler solenoid, but it was unreliable and I suspect it caused my lawn to dry up occasionally. This little thing easily connects to a WiFi and Bluetooth, it also has RF capability but I don’t need that (like a garage door remote). It also has a phone app, which you can do some easy automation with like IFTTT (if this, then that). Once I got it to connected to my home network, I was able to get the local API key, give it a reserved IP, and then wrote a small scheduled script on my Raspberry Pi to turn the delay on or off depending on the rain for the day, if it rains less than 0.1in. The other really great thing about this is, it can take the same power as my controller which is 24V AC. During initial WiFi and app setup, I could also use a simple USB charger cable to power it. All in all, this was perfect for what I needed.

I use this to remotely trap cats. It can be tricky to program, and I have to usually use a hot spot that is on 2.4 GHz. It can be tricky to pair if you change the hotspot or WiFi. However, it does work good once set up. I had to look up instructions online from other sources to figure out how to change the hotspot last time I used it, which took me a long time. Because of that, I only give it 4 stars. It wish the instructions better explained how to use and program it.

This is the second one I've installed to make an older gate remotely operated. Was able to get this easily wired up to 25 year old Elite gate opener at a remote property and now I have control to close/open the gate if people need access.

I'm very familiar with diy electronics and AC and DC circuits, I've never had an issue with a circuit simply not working no matter what and have done wiring for homes, RVs, and trucks. I've wired in IR and blutooth controlled switches/relays many times. I tried adding this to control my RV ceiling lights. They run off a 12v dc circuit, and the light is 6W with a positive and negative terminal only. The unit received power from both the micro USB plug-in and the 12dc input (not simultaneously) and I could connect to my tuya app and turn it on and off, hearing a click and seeing the led indicator turn on/off, but no matter how I wired it- positive or negative on com, NO or NC circuit, didn't matter, none of the 4 possible wiring configurations worked with either power source connected. So I called Amazon and got a replacement unit which also had the exact same issues. I checked with voltmeter as well to see if it was sending any power, nothing. For now, the ceiling light has been reinstalled into the original circuit design and still functions normally. I understand all items mass produced occasionally have defects, so I wasn't bothered by the first one not working, but to have 2 in a row is concerning and disappointing.

I've got this unit powering off and on a 12v battery powered fence charger on schedule with the app. It works very well for that purpose. The app is very easy to use and has enough features for my use case. The same battery used for the fence charger is used to power this device, as 12V marine battery. No issues at all! Just needs a case for outdoor use as the plastic housing feel light and fragile, and definitely not weather resistant. Overall very satisfied with this product, and may buy more for other uses.

I use this device on my fifth wheel rv to control back up lights behind my trailer. It was easy to setup and install. Now when I am about to back up with my trailer I just tell Alexa in my truck to turn on my backup lights and they go on without delay. Very useful. Good price for what it does. Not too many 12 volts smart relay out there but this one is great and does the trick.

Easy to use although instructions were printed with tiny print. Works with wifi and RF remote. Highly recommended and will purchase again

Ich konnte die Beschreibung kaum bis gar nicht lesen, aber die Inbetriebnahme mit der vorhandenen Tuya App und mit dem Anschluss der 12V Leitungen und der Einstellung der Schaltzeiten hat ca. 3 Minuten gedauert. Voll super einfache und schnelle WLAN Suche und Einbindung; funktioniert einwandfrei! Günstig und schnelle Lieferung! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

I have installed this on a boat and it's wired up to 12v as its power source and is allowing remote control of a bilge blower. Seems reliable, doesn't get hot. Happy.
