Yes, ..well when i connected to my phone and pushed the lil tab on earpiece to activate ,,,my phone lit up and asked if i wanted to use google or alexa ..i chose alexa..so check your options on whatever your connected to and choose alexa

I just use the keypad on my phone just like making any other call.

Not able to connect to two devices at same time

Cannot connect to multiple devices at same time… like if I am connected to laptop I cannot connect to mobile. If I have to connect to mobile device I have to manually disconnect from laptop and then manually I have to connect to mobile device. Updating after using for couple of months: Do Not buy this product…. Worst battery doesn’t last for 1 whole day… Waste of money 😡😠
