Just perfect for what I needed
We started to use a scanning system and the handheld would just lay on my desk this is just perfect to hold the handheld off to the side and just grab it when needed it’s the perfect size .

Not practical for most retail spaces
The base is too wide for a tighter fit along with having only a screw option for installing it which should have been a Velcro based unit instead. The top is at to sharp an angle and a bit short in order to handle a lottery scanner or other models as well. Steve Vasseur.

Sturdy but difficult to arrange
The flexible neck isn't as flexible as I would like, it is nearly impossible to get situated in the right position for student-self-checkout. It is very sturdy however, which is good in a middle school.

This was just the right size and height for our retail POS system scanner head.
