Great reading book, young love/mystery.

I thought this book was quite good and suspenseful. However, there were just a couple of things that could have made it top-notch. First, I hated the ending! Second, this is the 2nd book I have read by this author and they desperately need a good editor! There are tons of typos and grammatical errors. Other than that, I would highly recommend reading!

This book was pretty mid. I guessed the who the murderer was at there beginning. There is way too much dialogue and nothing happens for most of the book. If you like investigations you may like this but there wasn’t much suspense, and all the stuff Blake and McKenzie find is pretty much pointless.

I read my first Natasha preston novel in 2023 and I loved it and want to read all her books now. This one was even better. I love the characters, the storyline had me hooked and though the ending left me speechless it was so great I didn't even mind. Love it!

3.5 rounded up.A group of teenagers goes away for the weekend to party at a cabin. When they wake up after a drunken bender, well, not everyone wakes up.This is the kind of book that is usually a perfect fit for me, but this one felt like a bad fit from the start. Still, I wanted to see where the author went with it, so I kept reading. Did it keep me reading? Yes. Was I wowed? No.Teenagers getting killed? Check. Everybody's a suspect? Check. The MC can't trust anybody? Check. This has all the parts, and I can't really put my finger on why, for me, it remained in pieces, so maybe chalk it up to wrong book, wrong time?

This book was one of my FAVORITES so far by this author, Natasha Preston. I have read multiple books of hers, but this book I could NOT put down. I read within a day. The ending I never saw coming! Don't worry, I won't spoil this wonderful read for anyone but if you're into murder mysteries and psychological thrillers, this book is definitely for you!!
