THE KEYTONES ARE THE KEY IT SEEMS!WELL, PER ANOTHER REVIEWER, WILLIAM SCOTT, I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO FIND OUT IF THESE WERE SYNTHETIC OR NATURAL, AND AS WILLIAM STATED UNFORTUNATELY, THESE ARE SYNTHETIC!!! ALTHOUGH MY, OUR EXPERIENCE REMAINS THE SAME, NOT LIKELY A "PLACEBO" EFFECT? AND ARE THE BRAND, AND STRENGTH OZ USED, NOT MENTIONED IN THE SHOW VIDEO, BUT IN DISCUSSIONS AFTERWARDS, IN THE TRANSCRIPTS. I went on vacation and gained about 10 pounds. Cheese and dairy did it for me. Now,I don't believe in weighing myself so I'm not sure of the exact pounds I lost. But I know that a pair of jeans I could not fit into--I fit into yesterday. I was taking two capsules of rasberry Genesis keytones along with two capsules of green coffee bean-Genesis.I'm almost out of both. I went with this company because this is a known company--and it's not one of those overnight companies. I had no side effects. This time I'm going to try 800mgs of green coffee bean extract twice a day and two capsules of Genesis rasberry keytones.  Green Coffee Bean Extract, 400mg Per Capsule, 60 Vegetarian Capsules, 100% Pure All Natural Formula, (Contains 50% Chlorogenic Acids)

Dr. Oz recommended real raspberry ketones. Real raspberry ketones are responsible for the aroma of raspberries. When I received my bottle, it did not smell or taste like raspberry, so I called the company. They said that real raspberry ketones are too expensive for them to make. These are synthethic. Common sense says that if it does not smell like raspberry, it is not the same substance, and it probably will not have the same effect as the real substance.Update: I came across an authority on supplements online (Andrew Lessman) who basically discredited Dr. Oz, and compared his ketone show to a big infomercial. Despite the fact that Dr. Oz and his guest kept talking about the "research", there have been no credible studies done on the effects of raspberry ketones that have been screened for bias. If you wish to read an article that Andrew wrote about this, search for his site and then type in raspberry ketones into his site search feature...Amazon deletes direct links, sorry. Anyway, Interesting article. It also states that real raspberry ketones are so expensive, and the synthetic versions are so cheap to make, that almost all the pills that you are going to be able to afford will be synthetic, no matter what they try to make you believe. I emailed a few other companies pushing their "natural" pills and asked, and I got no response from any of them.

I waited to write this review until I had used the entire bottle to really give this product a fair chance. Certainly nothing bad happened and there were no side effects but I didn't see any noticeable benefits either. About 8 months ago I made a healthy lifestyle change and now eat very healthy and work out regularly. I lost about 30 lbs! But after awhile even though I maintained my eating and exercising habits I plateaued and stopped loosing weight. That is when I tried this product to hopefully kick start things so I could loose some more weight. I took this product twice a day every day for a month and saw NO results whatsoever. I wouldn't say don't try it, because everyone's bodies are different, but for me, it did nothing.

It may sound as a cliché... but there's nothing better than a good diet and exercise. Bought them, tried them... nothing exceptional happened...Half the bottle I thought to myself, WHAT am I putting into my mouth? So I just stopped, felt the same after it, no good or bad consequence... I know my 80 year old self will thank me if I ever get to that age! :)
