Revised: Upon hearing about the issue, Yotoo reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The replacement hose had no issue. Thank you OLD: Like another review said, the shrink wrap was melted to the hose so it's a pain to remove. I bought a two pack ... and one was so bad i gave up on trying to pick the shrink wrap off. the second one wasnt as bad, but still took me about 20 minutes to remove 90% of the shrink wrap off the hose. The hose works great... just the shrink wrap issue is why i lowered the score. Yotoo should look into a different way to package their product... shrink wrap is going to melt to the hose every time when it's over heated.

El producto es bueno, mi unica recomendacion es que pidan que su pedido no venga con UPS, el servicio de UPS es una porqueria ademas no entregan el producto en el domocilio y tenemos que estar buscando el producto

Bonne qualité, j'aurais aimé être capable d'enlever l'emballage! La fin du tuyau n'est pas droit assez long. Pas comme la photo.
