Hot & Cold Therapy Pack Sensacare

My daughters loved these so much they took them all. I keep reordering just to have some at home. They really help on ear aches, sore muscles, stiff necks, dental pain, etc...

Doesn’t get very cold but is ok. A bit heavy if you are putting over an unsupported joint.

I like the size and think it will be great. Seems well constructed and beautiful fragrance not heavy. Cant wait to use it.

Of all the heat padd I have used and made myself, tbis smelled great and was very nice until suddenly it developed large holes in fabric one monthe after using it.It left huge mess all over gouse as I did not see holes until it spilled all over and now I am soebding hours to clean up after this spilled piles if seeds all over!!! I only heated at small timings like 1 minute.I wont buy this again as the fanric is clearly too thin and wont hold up.IF you want a MESS then this is for you...

I sit at a desk all day and probably don’t have the best posture. I bought this to help relieve the pressure in my shoulders and upper back at the end of the day.I think it’s okay if you’re planning to be sitting still or laying down while using. I wish it was a little longer so it could drape on my shoulders and still cover the shoulder blade area while I move around around the house. Maybe I’ll still look for a longer one.Smell is going to be of personal preference. You will love it or hate it, probably no in between. And when I have the tension in my shoulders, neck and back, it’s usually accompanied by a headache. The smell when I have a headache is so intense that it will make me sick to my stomach and I can’t use it. Intensified when it’s heated for sure!Seems to be a great product and well made and will hold up with many uses. However, probably just an occasional use for me. Hope this info helps!

This pad is a pretty good size to treat pain for neck, middle back, or knee. It heats up in the microwave for heat or goes in the freezer if you want it cold. The fabric on the outside is comfortable to place against your skin, but it does not seem like it could be washed, so wiping it down will be the only way to clean it.My biggest issue is with the scent. It does have a very strong aroma and if you are okay with that, that is awesome, but if you are sensitive to smells in any way, I would advise against buying this particular one.

Perfect size for my neck, back, or even to heat my bed up a little. I love over the smell, it is so calming. I warm it up and put it on the back of my neck every night while I'm reading. The only problem is, it puts me right to sleep.
