I make bread from a half and half combo of hard winter wheat and Kamut. The Kamut adds a nutty, slightly sweet flavor that is wonderful. The delivery was quick and the quality of the grain is excellent.

I love freshly milled kamut in my breads, it gives nice taste to the bread.
