These are fun blocks exactly because the pieces are made of different shapes that are unusual and therefore stack together differently than regular blocks would. The pattern cards are a nice touch, but they are not necessary per se for playing with the blocks. I do wish there were more of them, so I may get another box to have more. The color and pattern on the blocks is fun, too. They are not difficult to build with, but I can see older kids working to make more complex structures. Fun and educational!

Wonderful interactive, manipulative toy. My kids still enjoy making shapes and buildings with it. I got it, along with some other puzzles and sensory toys, for our morning baskets for our homeschool. It's one of my favorite toy purchases.

Fun game for kids, especially kids that already enjoy building! Great quality. I do wish these were magnetic and came with even more cards with ideas/ instructions on what the child should build.

The activity cards are great for allowing children to challenge themselves. They help children physically grasp 3D shapes, composite shapes, and how to decompose shapes for volume, area, and perimeter. These are great for multi-standard learning that allows children to physically grasp math concepts. Since children grasp devices and worksheets too much in school and phones at home, this is great for helping children catch back up on learning with logic, rigor, and more. They are fun. You can create your own challenges, too. They can be used by preschoolers up through middle school level math easily. Middle school students could create designs and plot them on quadrant paper, then write the ordered pairs. Students could measure them to figure out volume needed to design boxes for various designs, too. Opportunities go far beyond what the highly-engaging cards provide. For teachers, these can be zero-prep centers activities, too.

Birthday gift for my grandson, he loved it. Construction was good. Smaller than expected & I'd hoped it had more cards. Aside from that highly recommend.

My 2nd-5th grade students love these puzzles. It is easy to use but gives variety to the normal puzzles the kids do. The kids love the challenges of figuring out how to make the puzzles in the manual. It is good quality and easy to transport from class to my after-school program.

Got these as an activity for my homeschool kids that need something to do while waiting for further instruction. The difficulty ranges are great and fun for my kids from preschool to 2nd grade.
