TriField TF2 Electromagnetic Field EMF Meter

The meter arrived in a few days and in perfect order. This very useful meter has just one big knob (no confusion possible!). You twist the big knob to measure magnetic (in milligauss) or electric field (in volt/meter) strength, or radio frequency effect (or density) (in milliwatt/m2). The magnetic and electric field strength can be measured standard, the real value so to speak, or weighted (that is: adjusted), according to disturbance (read: damaging impact) for live/organic organisms. The screen can be backlit and a tiny loudspeaker can give audio feedback. However the sound is very faint, barely audible. This meter capture and show you the very fast and short and, lo and behold, grotesquely strong RF pulses from your mobile phone or iPad. After this shocking discovery I now always put my iphone and ipad in flight mode when not in use. Then the meter is quiet and I feel safe and happy. It has also been a relevation to check on the microwave oven. When in use I now keep a good distance, a safe distance according to the meter reading. My comfy chair and bed is radiaton free according to the meter. : ) And since I have refused the installation of a smart wireless electricity meter I do not have that to worry about. (However the electricity supplier has inflicted upon me an extra yearly punishment fee of NOK 2000,- for my insubordination). (In my early career I watched colleagues warming their hands on RF leaking plugs and connections ...) Myself a retiree now, however with a university degree in applied physics and electronics and a working career in telecom/radiocom, the Trifield TF2 EMF meter is a true little beauty of simplicity and usefulness and it is therefore highly recommended for the amateur and the professional alike for easy everyday check and monitoring of your personal electromagnetic environment.

This is the 1st type of instrument like this I’ve ever purchased. My wife and i have been suffering with a variety of symptoms of being lethargic, stroppy or short tempered, cant sleep “well” at night, and just “never feeling really well in ourselves” despite how much sleep we get. Within having this device for less than 1 hour we could see exactly what the problems are in our house, and how much above healthy limits the exposures were to either RF, EMF, or Magnetic fields. All of these levels in our house are way over what is normal. We’ve suspected for a while it is a sick house, but its very hard to try and pinpoint something you can’t see, the majority of people or doctors don’t always acknowledge. 2020 is the year for taking back control of our lives thanks for this device. It’s quick and easy to use, can have sound in/off. Has different backlight settings, and measures wifi, eletrical fields and magnetic fields. Can’t recommend it enough.

No point in singing and dancing. This is the device you need for the right price. Better one costs 12k. Had it for half a year now and it always worked as expected. Sound ticking is for density or strength of radiation, unlike Acoustimeter AM-10, which gives you a clear picture of what the wave feels like. With TF2 you have a display and peak holding, which aren't unavailable with AM-10. Same applies to EMF measurements - AM-10 can't do that. AM-10 is Radiation only. AM-10 has also power measurement, which in my mind TF2 lacks. Ideally I'd have both, because my sensitive friend says he has sensations in his body from wireless and bluetooth exactly as per AM-10. So, he got one and whenever he feels unwell - first thing he measures all around him with AM-10, finds the source and disables it. He couldn't do that with TF2. He got rid of acid reflux in just under a month after disabling his amazing 6-channel ROG router and wiring all devices up, even his iPhone. We use TF2 twice a week after full EMR/EMF isolation of the dwelling to find and remove any new possible sources of electro-smog. Not sure if it can be related, but our sleep has improved by a mile. There is a table of effects on various beings affected by radiation; you can STILL find a few good lists of scientific researches on the topic. Don't read if you are morally sensitive, some get heart just by the knowledge. :)

Love it. Such a cool piece of tech. Makes me feel like I'm in some old movie. Found out my sons bed is a active massively at night. His multi plug extention cable is touching his metal table, which is touching his metal bed and awning the frequency through his bed. Not just by touch, but by a field of energy closer around the table. Turn off the plugs and it goes. Move away from the table and it goes. Very interesting to see these things that your eyes wouldn't believe exist.

WEIGHTED MAG (Weighted Magnetic Fields):- For higher frequencies which create more electric current in human body, eg. 60Hz = body receives field pulses 60 times per second. Power lines, appliances, wiring in walls, motors. Low EMF = Below 5/5.0 (mG/milligauss). WEIGHTED ELEC (Weighted Electric Fields):- Fluorescent lights, sockets, wiring, electrical-switches. Low = Below 50 (V/m/volts per meter). RF (Radio/Microwave Frequencies):- Phones, routers, ovens, radio/TV stations, masts, smart-meters. Low = Below 0.200 (mW/m2/milliwatts per square meter). For BRIEF PULSES of phones, routers, masts, smart-meters USE PEAK Measurement:- Low Peak RF = Below 1.000 (mW/m2/milliwatts per square meter).

This was one of the best recommended by someone who actually uses these. Bought to check out a house (for my daughter with a young baby) pre-purchase as a mobile phone mast was nearby. Readings showed you would not wish to live in the road(!), but inside the house was OK. Very helpful. Now proceeding with the purchase.

Solidly built, reliable, easy to use and easy to read.

I've owned the prior versions of the tri-field and this latest model is an excellent upgrade. I didn't think I'd like the digital but after using it I really like it a lot. it has more functionality than the analog versions. I starting using tri-field meters to become more aware of the electromagnetic fields around me and what normal appliances throw off. Once you start using this meter to monitor your environment you can start to understand how you can address them. I for one was shocked how much is thrown off by a simple microwave and how far that effect is. now when I microwave food I step out of the room. I highly recommend this product.

L'avantage étant qu'il dispose de plusieurs plages de fréquences contrairement à beaucoup d'appareil. Large spectre de fréquences, visualisation en temps réel à l'aide d'une jauge, bruitage augmentant en intensité lorsque la puissance du signal augmente. J'en suis très satisfait.

Easy to use and works consistently. I've been able to pinpoint hot spots for electrical activity as well as RF / Wireless which has allowed me to change my environment in ways that reduce my exposure to these things. Who would have thought that my alarm clock gave off so much static electricity, which was even still measurable on my pillow - disappearred when the alarm clock was unplugged. This device showed me the electrical reading coming off of my powered recliner which prompted me to hook that up to a power bar which I switch off once I get my comfortable position. Greatest concentration of electricity pretty much exactly where you sit. Not good for my boys! A very useful tool indeed. Highly recommend.

Das Gerät ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Angeboten etwas teurer, aber auch deutlich besser. Die Messwerte sind plausibel und reproduzierbar. Das Gerät hat sehr schnell reagierende Sensoren und erfasst gepulste HF Strahlung wirklich gut. Perfekt zum Aufspüren von elektromagnetischen Strahlungen. Wer einen wirklich funktionierenden Detektor sucht, wird hier fündig. Die Grenzwerte sollte man bei der KI erfragen - da gibt es unterschiedliche Auffassungen. Nebenbei eine tolle analog anmutende Bedienung (ich liebe richtige Bedienknöpfe).

As it’s top of the range you’d expect it would. Pretty essential tool for world of 5G.
