Let me preface this by saying that we have two cats, and when they're sick, they inevitably make a beeline for the bath mat. That said, my criteria for a good bath mat are a bit different than they used to be. These days, it just has to be reasonably comfortable, reasonably absorbent, and cheap enough that I won't mind too terribly when one gets damaged beyond further use by my critters. If I wanted something for longer-term use, I'm not sure how well the looser terry cloth loops on this would hold up versus other cloth bath mats I've owned that had a tighter weave and heavier-duty fabric.Postscript: as if to underscore the point, one of my cats just horked up a hairball and a pile of half-digested food on the mat *as I was writing this.* So, sure, I'll buy these again, but at this rate, it may be sooner than I expected. But that's not exactly a fault of the product.

Absorbs easily, decent feel (I'm not super picky). The lasting value I'm not sure of, they are a bit thin and don't seem rugged. They were a quick, cheap set that filled a need. Worth the cost.

I needed a set of 3 bath mats and wanted the towel style which seems to be kind of hard to find, and a set of 3 is even harder to find. These are perfect for my needs. They are dark gray with a simple decorative band. They are like a thick coarse towel. They are absorbent and dry easily. I just hang them over the tub or shower wall to dry. When they are clean, I just roll them up and store them on the floor alongside the shower. Not fussy, but functional and thick enough. I purchased these towels specifically for the darker grey color to match the theme in my guest bathroom. I received them quickly and washed them to put on the towel bar. The drastically changed after one wash. They look more purple/blue than grey. I had to go buy different towels and will just use these for everyday use / not for decor. I wouldn't buy these again.

After the first wash, large threads coming off from towel.Will use as rags. Good, if you like thin towels.

I didn’t love these. Not very thick material. Not for tall People.

The fabric was pilled upon receipt. Had I been able to see the item in person, I would not have bought it. IKEA's bath mats are much nicer and a better price.
