I LOVE these! At first, I was a little surprised by the width - but it is a quick adjustment, and before you know it, you feel "lost" without them when walking or hiking. I bought these on hikes as just another little "something" to get that heart rate up. I ordered the silver glitter color - they look just like the photo. You can adjust the fit due to the velcro backing - I ordered the one lb., and they are the perfect weight for my workout needs.

Easy to use, just what I expected
Easy to use as wrist or ankle weights, velcro seems strong and firm so far. Nice addition to a yoga or pilates workout without going super heavy.

Workout in comfort & half the time.
Balla bangles are easy to put on, comfortable while working out, & easily stretch to transition from wrists to ankles. The thickness of these 1lb weights, (2 per set), help to enhance the static exercises I do to add muscle to my body. They can be used for any type of workout. Depending on level of fitness, they also cut workout time in half. I also appreciate that I can wear them inside or outside. “Not working out” is now obsolete!
