Great product easy to put on

Like other reviewers have mentioned, at first glance this looks a little cheesy and you wonder if it's going to work. It really does! I installed this on a snowmobile because I have smaller hands and I was getting very fatigued after longer rides. It took a little getting used to but after 10-15 miles, a couple hills and twists and turns, I could already tell the difference in my thumb, wrist and arm. On the smooth, flat straightaways I can drive with my palm and give my thumb a rest. But on hills or sharp turns where I feel that I need more control, I can easily switch to using my thumb on either the throttle itself or the extended Thumbuddy depending on the situation. I recommend giving this a shot if you are having trouble pushing the throttle or are having arm/wrist/hand/thumb fatigue.

The thumb buddy works great. I have very small hands and with the thumb buddy I am able to run the 4 wheeler perfectly. Easy to install.

My husband and I recently purchased a pair of ATV's and since this was my first one ever, I didn't know what to expect. I quickly learned that having small hands is not helpful on ATV throttles. My thumb would slip off constantly and while riding for distances, my hand would go numb. Found the thumb buddy and thought I would give this one a try. They have one that doesn't use zip ties, but it might not fit all throttles, so I tried this one. It works just as it says and looks fine on there too. You can really see the zip ties unless you are looking for them. My thumb no longer slips off and it has made riding the ATV so much more enjoyable. Helps with fatigue and with easing on and off the throttle. Adjustable by slightly bending as well, so you can ensure it won't hit the handlebar or stick out too far that it could get caught on your clothes when turning. I keep a couple extra small zip ties in my ATV just in case, but so far I have not had one break. Looks in the picture like it's shaped like a bat, but it is actually contoured for a comfortable fit on the hand/thumb.

Bought for my 5 year old daughter I bought her a brand new polaris outlaw 50cc and she found the throttle spring to be hard she was having a hard time with it the the first day couldn’t press the throttle well and complained her thumb hurt so only 1 short ride that day with many breaks during. I ordered this that day it came in the mail the next morning we went out riding again she rode for hours with no break and no complaints absolutely loved it. Price is great it’s adjustable to however you need it to be and makes the throttle operation a whole ton easier my daughter is huge fan and so am I since she’s using her qaud with a smile on her face the whole time now and no sore thumb. 10/10 recommend for any small child having issues with a tough thumb throttle.

This has really helped my son on his 49cc quad. It has helped stop his thumb hurting.

It’s easy to install and it really helps not to have a soar thumb

Pretty simple and basic design, and works well for 4 year old small hands. Simply zip tie it to existing throttle then bend it to suit the driver. Installation time a couple minutes or less. Its well enough made and holds on quite tightly. Only issue is its a bit pricey for what it is. Installation was on a Polaris Outlaw 50.
