Thai Tom Yum Heated Serving Pot

Nice. It is a nice size, however i was expecting the restaurant size. The price, size, quality was a great deal. We had to diy the chafing dish fuel gel because it did not fit under the pot. We did not have the flame come out as high as I wished with our diy. It did keep the ramen soup hot. We opted for spicy ramen as apposed to tom yum soup. It was our first time. It was a great experience. Food was delicious & it was entertaining social distancing good time. It arrived about two weeks after initial arrival date. With all the COVID-19 delays, It is ok. This is my first Thai Tom Yum Heated Serving Pot& it looks great. If the Company sells a bigger size. I definitely would buy from them again as long as they stay with reasonable prices. We had a korean grill as well on the kitchen table so the size was actually perfect size for this dinner. I used my Dolsot/Haradha Bowl trivet wood to place the Thai Tom Yum Heated Serving Pot. I did not plan on needing that but glad I had it on hand. Definitely recommend buying some type of trivet for under pot to keep your table safe. I bought the smallest chafing dish fuel gel I found but it was not small enough but they should have smaller. DIY: chafing dish fuel gel; I used aluminum foil, shaped it into a bowl & with sandwich bag wrapped on my hand to protect my hand from chemicals & added the chafing fuel gel. If you have a small tin can that should work as well. I just did not have a small tin can. We also figured out that running a chopstick accross the lid, it was easy to lift the lid without getting burned. I never touched the handles to see if they were hot, we just placed chopstick under to lift the lid. Review safety tips chafing fuel gel. Geat purchase for the price. Enjoy.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this item for a Thai food night with my family and when I received my package it was damaged.Tried doing a replacement and I was told that I can’t do a replacement. Very disappointing!!!

Great product! Hard to find these even in local Asian markets around the US. Product size and material fabrication is consistent what I've seen in restaraunts when visiting family in Thailand. Will be perfect for serving Tom Kha or Yum.Meets requirements as serving ware not cookware so previous comment on thin materiel needs to be substantiated. It has the thickness of an economy stainless spoon, therefore it's light but sturdy too.Comments on dents, that's probably an in-transit issue or your delivery person drop kicking it to your door, beat them up not the vendor.Yes, the order-to-arrival time did require some patience but remember this serving peice is unique to the region or origin and a cultural icon IMHO. I challenge you to find Chiang Mai a map.++AA. Highly recommend! Other vendors may be great too but I'm more than happy.

Looks just like what you see from restaurants. I recommend getting one if your a foodie like me. Great buy!

Delivery eta was set for later in the month since it would be an international delivery; however, the pot actually arrived a week earlier. It is smaller than I thought but it's perfect for me as I actually appreciate that it is not large. I also appreciate that it is an authentic pot made in Thailand. I was not able to locate this pot or even a similar pot in any of the 4 local Asian markets here in Florida. I was glad to have found it through this vendor, pleased with the pot as well as the care it was wrapped it, and the attention to have delivery sooner than I anticipated (all things considering with an international delivery during a pandemic). I would do business with this vendor again

The package was perfectly wrapped. But the actual pot was much smaller than I had anticipated.... At least it should say on the website that this pot is the small size because at thai restaurant I have seen large sized hotpots and I thought that is what I am buying.

I bought 2 of the pot for my restaurant but found out it is too small. I initiated return right away, but one is returnable, the other one is not eligible. Don't know why. Up to today, I still can't find a way to return even if they change a shipping to me. Otherwise it will be wasted.

This is exactly what we wanted and it seems to be of very good quality. This item takes about a month to arrive but they send it from a small family business in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Knowing it came from the original source makes it even more special. I highly recommend this product.
