Not sure if it works!
My orthopedic doctor recommended this for elbow pain. According to the booklet that came with it, the FlexBar can be used for a variety of ailments. Quite honestly, I'm not doing as many reps as suggested, because it hurts to use it! Until I use it more regularly, I can't give a good opinion on whether it works. The product arrived in good condition and a reasonable amount of time and seems to be as advertised. Whether it helps is probably a personal opinion.
