Can you use the magnetic paper screen on top of a tempered glass protector that is already installed?

They can be used at the same time, but the magnetic effect is not as good as when used alone!

how do you clean it properly?

There are two ways: 1: directly wipe the screen with the small gray cloth in the package; 2: remove the screen protector, rinse it off with a tap, and dry it with a small gray cloth

Which side of the screen protector is the front? there's no "this face up" label on the screen protector i received.

When you touch the black magnetic stripe with your hand, there is an obvious raised surface that is installed facing upwards

Does it work with ipad when using covers/ magic keyboard?

It can be used together. One thing to note is that the suction power of the magnetic keyboard may be greater than this protective film. When the iPad is turned off at the end of use, the protective film may be sucked away. The next time you use it, just stick it and it will not affect the use.
