This sifter puts out a lot of flour which is good in some situations and undesirable in others. For a thin coat of flour, I have started swinging the sifter instead of using the handle. It seems to be very strong and I don't expect it to break.

This is the most efficient shifter I ever had; although the constant hand movement is tiresome. I wish it was battery operated though.

I like my sifter, it's perfect for my new cake making adventure 😋

My wife's relation is getting married later this Summer and they have a Wedding Registry on Amazon. We selected this gift item from that Registry. It arrived safely with no damage to the product packaging. Perfect !

I purchased this to sift almond flour which I know is slightly courser than regular flour. However the mesh spacing is much larger than the scoop sifter I have. Problem #1 a hole by the handle where flour will just spill out from. Problem #2 the handle is poorly attached and gets out of alignment causing it to malfunction. Problem #3 flour gets stuck between the two mesh areas and causes it to clog frequently. Problem #4 it just doesn't work well. I'll be returning this and continuing my search for a well made sifter.
