I’ve had my set for a short time but have ran them thru dishwasher numerous times and they have held up well

Nope! All of mine have rusted after going into the dishwasher.

No, it does not come in a case. I love the silverware, but the steak knives are useless.

I did not just wash and dry, don't let them sit in water.
