Good but could have been great
Good product, easy to setup as it use the zero touch deployment with FreePBX.Sounds is good but the only problem is that it doesn’t have a physical hang up thingy, you have to put the handset on the rest for it to actually hang up the call otherwise use one of the buttons on the device itself. Screen color is very good, device built quality is decent.

LCD screen went white after 30 days. Call Digium and they told us it was not under warranty and hung up on us.

Works well with Asterisk/FreePBX
Very reliable phone with good support. Recent firmware updates. Web interface makes it easy to setup or you can use Endpoint Manager to configure multiple phones.

It's fine, with a few annoyances. Forced to buy it due to crippling of 3rd party phones
Works pretty well, but a few annoyances. The handset falls off the station a bit too easily.It has a reversible hook that's intended for wall mounting, but even with that engaged, it still is too easy to knock over.Also, it lacks a physical button for the receiver, uses a magnet or something instead. I'm used to a physical button, so I can tap it with my finger while holding the receiver to hang up and start a new call. Yes, you can hit a button on the front of the phone, but that's not how our other office phones work, so I'm forced to change my standard habits only with this one specific phone. Annoying but not enough to make me switch back.Color display looks cool, but not easy to customize.Sound quality is good, and t connects to the PBX and configures easily.Documentation of advanced features is a bit lacking.Main advantage of this phone over 3rd party phones is this is the only brand that allows integration with soft phones on Switchvox PBX.Mostly I'm irritated I'm forced to buy this brand due to Digium deliberately crippling third-party phone support with their Switchvox platform. Shady, to say the least.

Love it. Upgrading from the D40
Have had around 15 of the D40s and decided to upgrade and try the D60. This is a great phone. Works great. Speaker quality is great. Love the larger color screen!

Great phone, although consider the upgrade to bluetooth model
Great phone, although if I could do it over I would buy the phone that's one notch up that has bluetooth capability, and a few more programmable quick dial keys.There are several major brands of business SIP phones on the market, one if the reasons I buy Digium is because they provide Asterisk for free, which is a stunningly good SIP trunk program. -- but yes the phones are also really good. The previous generation had black & white screens, now a color screen which is really cool ... otherwise the same basic phone.
