Handy HandsLizbeth Thread Holder,Green

I was looking for a container for my large balls of crochet thread. What I received was a container that was much smaller. The spool of crochet thread was about 1/10th the size of the larger balls commercially available. The instructions indicate on one page to attach the provided cord so it can hang off your wrist or neck. On another page, it is stated that the cord is not provided. Altogether unsatisfactory and I will not be purchasing again.

This thread holder is intended for use with the size balls sold by Handy Hands. It is not intended for large balls of #10 bedspread weight cotton like aunt Lydia’s cotton threads.I use these for my doily projects using Handy Hands #10, #20, & #40. It also holds the various DMC threads in similar weights.

Ordered on an impulse and discovered I love it! Keeps tatting thread clean and untangled. Holds a small to medium size ball but I wound one myself from a large spool and it also worked perfectly. (The free spool that was included is yellow thread.)

I love this little thread holder. It is made SPECIFICALLY for Lizbeth thread so of course it’s not going to hold the giant balls of Annie’s crochet cotton thread. Please read the description and sizing info before purchasing. If it’s too small, that’s not the fault of the company lol

The hanger is not included says so inside on the paper, but at a reduced price who cares! Ball rolls around smooth. Can’t wait to get my other one! I ordered 2.

Only holds a small ball of thread. I tend to use large ones so not practical for me. Well made and a ball of thread came with it!

Simply the best thread available for my crochet projects!

It is a nicely made way to keep your thread from going all over the place, In my case keeps the cats away!
