mixes well
This product is the best psyllium my husband and I have used and we have used many over the years. It mixes well and is easy to swallow mixed with juice or in water. My husband travels for a living and these packs easily fit in his suitcase. I highly recommend it!

A bit gritty, still no taste. I mix with Gatorade. My GI Doc recommended.
