Ultimate Rub BBQ All Purpose Seasoning

I have a huge spice cupboard which I am very good at knowing what to use for the dish I need. However my wife is a bit less proficient with her palate. I bought this as a trial to see how other companies rubs varied from my own go to styles. So far I have used it on sausages, potatoes, wings, ribs and even added it to a cheese pasta. Honestly outstanding, add a small amount to things like pasta can really lift a dish. Be aware it does have a high salt content so make a note if you use it to brine meat or on meat that has had a salt brine already. Very versatile with a nice smokey flavour

Tasty, but expensive. I mixed this into chicken mince to make burgers and the whole family including my fussy niece loved them. I would probably buy more often if it was cheaper.
