Overall we like the container and it seems to work well for sous vide cooking. The dimensions are incorrect on the Amazon seller page and it is in fact 10.5" x 10.5" square and 12.6" tall......hence the 3 star rating. We bought the container mainly for the 12" x 10" size with the 12" depth.

Excellent Sous Vide container
Perfect size for the majority of items that i cook. Like the small lip on the top so easy to clip the bags at the top.
