Sturdy but flexible silicone is much better than those of thin plastic for cutting boards. The size of this medium board seems slightly small for cutting vegetables for salad or more than 2-3 small potatoes. Everything else is great: no slipping while cutting, drip tray catches juice, dishwasher safe, colors offered. A little disappointed with size, but for the price I think another inch or two wouldn't cost too much.

This cutting board has been excellent! I've been using it for a couple months and have no issues. I thought my knives would leave cut marks but it still looks like it's brand new. I love the flexibility. I can fit it in tough spots with the dishwasher seems full. Plus, no plastics and seeping into my food. Win, win baby!

I like that it's non-porous silicone but 1) the food slips around on it 2) it doesn't stand up by itself for storage/drying etc and 3) it doesn't work with serrated knives and even seems to have dulled our knives. The package indicates it's not recommended with serrated knives but that wasn't clear to me before purchasing it, and I didn't expect it to work so poorly with serrated knives or to dull them.

The orange color is pretty, it is flexible but not limp making it easy to handle to dump chopped items into a pan. The bad: it holds on to garlic and onion smell. No matter what I do (baking soda paste, vinegar wash, plant based disinfectant, soaps) I cannot get rid of the garlic and onion smells from this silicone chopping board. We cannot store it in the cabinet with our other chopping boards because it fills the space with old garlic smell. We opted to keep it in the dish drainer. Standing at the sink you get whiffs of that garlic smell. It's gross. I don't know why this holds the smells if it is silicone?? I have a silicone dough mat, silicone spatulas and they don't hold food smell but of course those have not had the pungent odors of onion or garlic on them. IDK Disappointed in this purchase due to lingering odors.

Because these are silicone, they are floppy. It’s best for me to hang them on nails or hooks in the kitchen when not in use.
