Our Lumi-Whip ornamental fiber optic whip is a great accessory for costumes, raves, glow parties, or any night time event. Spin, twirl, and create your own fantastic light show! The longest fibers are 30 inches, but some are cut shorter for contrast. For maximum brightness, trim them at a 45 degree angle, but do not cut flat.
