Q: I was wondereing if he Cheesehead Top Hat would fit a XL size ball cap wearer?

It might be a bit snug, if the wearer is a true XL size. I just measured my head at 23in, which falls under the L size, and the cheesehead top hat fits my head almost perfectly. If I have the hat on my head, and turn upside down, the hat won't fall off.. The foam material of the hat does stretch some, so there is definitely some wiggle room of my 23in assessment... Just know that it will definitely be snug the further past that point you go. Hopefully this answers your question.

Sorry Jean. I've never seen a cheese fez. The top hat hasn't been around that long either and they usually add a couple new styles each season so don't give up hope. Maybe you could suggest it to the manufacturer as a future model.
