I just got my three daughters ears pierced at Claire’s and this is exactly what they use there. I saw how easy it was for their technician to use and decided to look up the Studex brand. I have been going back and forth on the other cheaper self piercing guns out there but I’m glad I decided on these. They were SUPER easy to use. I cleaned my ears and used a marker to mark where I wanted my third lobe piercing and the mid helix piercing. Then asked my husband to help. It took two seconds and I hardly felt them go through! I did four piercings and not one time did the little guns get stuck or not go through. It worked really really well and I saved myself a ton of money!! I highly recommend.

Easy to use ,I was able to pierce my ears by myself for the first time . The earrings are Comfortable and don’t hurt my ears .I like them so far ,good value for the money.I recommend it.Update after a 1 year ,still liking the earrings there my favourite .I’ve tried other earrings and they hurt my ears ,I will have to buy more from studex they make the best.

I had my third holes in my earlobes pierced a while ago but they closed up after having an issue with a certain pair of earrings. I was considering having them pierced again, but I really wasn't interested in having it done again in a public place like Claire's. I was actually looking online just to see what was available for tiny studs that I could use for my second hole when I stumbled across this at home kit. It had good reviews, so I figured why not? I received it today and decided to go for it. It was pretty quick and easy, but I would caution people to make sure that the piercing device is lined up properly in the back as well. One of my ears came out crooked the first time, but fortunately it was easy to take it out and redo (after the earring was properly sanitized of course). If you're comfortable with a DIY method, this is a great at home kit. I'm very pleased with the end result!

Seriously perfect to pierce my baby’s ears with. I had pierced her ears months ago, but this one got infected and I hated the placement. So I took out the earring and let it close. When I repierced it with these earrings, omg it was so much easier. These earrings are a LOT THINNER than the ones I bought at Sally’s. It went through way easier, and she cried for maybe 20-30 seconds. She hasn’t tugged on her ears at all, and doesn’t seem bothered whatsoever. Am very proactive about after care, as well. They look tiny and dainty but still sparkly enough!

These were the perfect size for my 4 month old daughter to pierce her ears. They were easy to use and worked perfectly. I would recommend to anyone wanting to pierce their child’s ears themselves.

The stud was nice and small liked I wanted. I purchased 2 sets, one for me and one for my daughter. I started out of course with my ears before I pierced hers. Needless to say the 1st 2 attempts the earrings did not go through all the way and I ended up having to push them through my ears, which was bloody and painful. I did not end up piercing my daughters ears because I didn't want to hurt her. So I used the next set to also pierce my ears. The next set I used I pushed more firmly and fast and it worked much better! Not much pain either. I will re purchase if I needed to again. Just know you HAVE to push very firmly and fast for this product to work nicely! The shipping and packaging was great. I got much faster than what was said. Over all I am happy with the product. Love the small studs. They are more on the gray side then silver.

I know they don't recommend piercing your own ears but being stuck at home during shutdowns makes it a more attractive option. These were so easy to use. Didn't hurt at all. These tiny CZs look so cute in a stacked lobe which is what I did. I suggest watching videos on self piercers first to how to do it right and what doing it wrong looks like.I also like studex earring for everyday wear because they are sturdy and don't have welds which I sometimes react to.

I’ve been wanting to get my third ear lobe piercing done for awhile and decided to research doing it at home. I’m so glad I came across these!! They were super easy to use, not painful at all, and look great!!! All you do is line it up with where you want the piercing to be and then click the device together and then you are left with your new piercing!! I only wish I found these sooner as I paid a hefty price to have my first and second holes done at Claire’s and Piercinc Pagoda. I will be recommending these to all of my friends!!!
