I used to watch his tv program and thought his stuff was really interesting and this book helps you make the things from tv. Love how he does things differently and comes up with things you wouldn’t put together. Something in there for new bakers to experienced ones

This was a present for my Niece who already has the first book and is a big fan of Liam Charles so I am sure she will like this book and trying out the recipes.
