Well written and easy to digest, the only thing I didn’t see was a warning that not all spirits to be met with in trance are good. I have on two occasions come into contact with less than friendly spirits; these can be trouble, especially if you cross completely thru the veil separating the conscious world and the spirit world. Make sure you are well grounded and exercise caution.

Wow! This book is AMAZING! I could not take my eye's off of it!I am in my spiritual awakening for a few months now (I know that I am a Medium! I have experienced some mediumship abilities in the past). However, lately, I lost hope because I do not feel or see any progress...even when I meditate to connect with my spirit guides I cannot hear or receive any messages from them!!! :( (I guess I am stopping it from happening) but...this book showed me that Mediumship is not that difficult...and if you do it right, you have nothing to fear from! Emily provides practical exercises that are simple to do, and they are also mighty!!!! Emily is AMAZING! The book is written in a great simple way, and therefore it is easy to follow! I read the book in one day!Because it is that GOOD!!!! :) (I am a mom of 3 little one and raise them at home! So not much time for me! haha...But I did have time to finish this book! Yay!)I just want to thank you, Emily, for creating such a GREAT book! Really! You could not make this easier to understand! You laid out the book in a way that it is easy to comprehend! Thank you for teaching that mediumship is not that complicated and that if we are ready, it will happen! ;)You are AMAZING dear!Thanks!

Well written and I can tell there's been a lot of thought put into this book but it's not saying anything new or anything that hasn't been done before. If you're a beginner or have never heard this concept or think you are a medium or psychic and you can download this to Kindle for free then I would say go for it. If you have to pay money then it's not worth it and there's much better out there.

Easy read. Easy to comprehend and relate to. I bought this book with prior experience and knowledge on this topic. I chose this book because I heard such great things about it, and wanted a basic, yet informative book for an easy go-to and quick cross reference.

Very very basic, 100 pages as stated in description, but very good explanations on a variety of need to know basics required to delve into the world of spirit communication. The perfect starting place if you have little or no prior knowledge. Usually I find the exercises in spirit communication/psychic books kind of stupid, but I really enjoyed the ones listed in here.

I have learned so much from this book. It was very informative and easy to understand. I will be reading it again. I am also going to practice the exercises. Hopefully, they will help me to calm my busy mind down so I can be open to Spirit. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who seriously wants to either become a medium or just to communicate with a loved one.

This book gives the reader background information followed by exercises allowing for the practice of intuitive skills. It's easy to read and you'll be able to finish in one sitting. You can then go back and do the exercises at a pace and in a practice that works for you. Worthwhile for budding mediums!

The first few chapters are boring and I felt not relevant healthy eating exercise etc is your 'toolkit'. I did however find that although the book lacks in complete information (most likely due to her having split it into several short booklets) it does have some useful exercises in which will likely help to expand one's awareness of the deceased. Recommended for anyone wanting some good training exercises though I wouldn't pay the £5+ book price kindle price is more reasonable for the information contained in the booklet. (Too short to be called a book). I won't be buying anymore of her booklets as I feel if you have the gift then you have it if you don't, you don't.

Easy to understand, quick ready, written in a simple well flowing language :) Some information is exactly the same as I have red and heard in other places in life-so I can just double check that it is right :) Good value for money and it was interesting and quick to read with my morning coffee. Nice gift for someone who is on the way to be a medium or is just interested in working with spirits.

Very easy to follow for people perhaps who do not have a great depth or insightInto spirit. Emily Has a very down to earth approach and the exercises are very good and work.Keep up the great work

Have started reading this book, so far so good, in fact there is every chance I will have to read from cover to cover as the further I get into it the deeper I realise how much I enjoy the journey
