Didn’t really get to use it much. Stopped working. Won’t switch on. I’m not in a location where I can return it so wasted money.

I use this regularly as part of recovery and It's a game changer in regards to addressing muscle soreness/perfect for those that move quite a lot and are in the process of growing their range of motion of movements/ flexibility.

I'm accustomed to foam rolling with a dense Styrofoam roller and bought this one based on reviews and ratings. I got it mostly for my wife, who's using it to help recover from a torn calf muscle injury. I'm a runner and need a more aggressive release so I find it's too soft to do more that my what hard foam roller does. The one exception is when you find that knot you can just stay in that position and crank up the power to max. I suffered a disc herniation several months ago and was in the market for a roller that had vibration, variety, and a solid build. When I came across this product, I knew the brand because of the Theragun and decided to give it a shot figuring that even though it was expensive, I like having peace of mind. I was definitely right! The roller is incredibly well made the outside material feels like a tire, making the roller sturdy. You can tell that this thing will last for years. Another big win for me is as prior reviews noted an application for your phone. In my opinion, the application which comes along with the roller is a game changer as it gives you different activities and times it out for you meaning I don't have to do a thing just put on the app which is super useful. You can even customize transition times. The specific routine can either be warm up, recovery, and other custom options which make the experience really nice! After using for about a month, I'm finding a lot about this product I like. I also feel a lot looser and finding reasons to use the roller more often. Definitely a buy!
