Not enough instructions provided.
Very good in usage after a while. The thing is there's no actual manual how to assemble/set up your bow. But google helps with that ;) and the release aid isn't so good if you swap to provided metal D-loop, keeps hanging sometime. So I've bought a different, better type. Now it's ok . But draw lenght and weight adjustment possibilities are great. So in my opinion even 4,5* ;)

Wow!
I had this delivered the other day as an early birthday present. I got into archery back last summer and have been using a Recurve bow, which I love. I'm still buying upgrades for it all the time, like most hobbies, it can become endless. Anyway, I was a bit dubious as sporting equipment like this should be physically looked at, checked etc. I'm pleasantly surprised. You have everything you need to start compound shooting. Obviously, you can choose to get "bigger and better" stuff later on ( ie; branded. But that doesn't always guarantee "better.")It's true what someone else had said on the reviews about no instructions, but it comes virtually all done. It's the "poundage" of what you can pull via the gear wheels top and bottom that need altering. On the Amazon advert for it as you scroll down it tells you what to do, plus there's always YouTube, you find a plethora of knowledge about every bow and how to set them up. Also, you will need to attach the arrow rest and optical sight. Again, I just zoomed in on the images and done it. (again, you can use YouTube) Then it's just a matter of calibrating the rest and sight to you. Also, the tiny optical colours you will see, top to bottom - green, amber, red, amber, green is the distance points. The top green is the closest target, amber the next target further away and so on. But this again comes down to your "own" method of shooting, plus other things like your shooting strength, the distance of your pull (from the bow string to being pulled back) all these things are to be down to each and everyone's personal taste, effort and "what" they can do.As of yet, I have still yet to try it (hopefully, tomorrow) but, from everything I've seen and examined in this kit, I would recommend. Once I've tried and calibrated it and if happy I will update my review and hopefully, give 5 stars 🌟.At the moment, 4 🌟PS: Again, not happy with the delivery. Packets/packages get flung at your door step (even this bow kit!!) a hasty knock at the door and they've legged it! 😡🤬*** OK, so I took the bow to the range last week, after making the appropriate adjustments and having the bow checked by our club chairman, i went to shoot my first arrow.... I couldn't even pull it back fully! My club chairman checked the lowest "poundage" and it was measuring 43lbs!! So, it's NOT 20lbs at its lowest/weakest. I was very disappointed at this as it was a birthday gift from my dad. The club chairman said he was going to do some "research" on it. I saw him the weekend just gone and he can't even find anything on or about this bow...? So, HAS IT ALL BEEN A WASTE OF TIME AND MY DADS MONEY???!!
