I ordered this for my teenage son for Christmas. Unfortunately a few of the keys didn't work, but I contacted customer service and they replied immediately and sent a new one out the same day , it works perfectly! So many settings, nice sound and he's loving the microphone. A++ customer service. Definitely recommend this keyboard and company!!

Gift for grandson...he loves playing it.

All the features are amazing, overall just thrilled to have a keyboard. Lightweight, alright quality, great amount of sounds/beats/ features for the prices. However the weight of the keys are super light, takes no effort to hit a key which bothers me(personal preference really) also there are a few notes slightly off pitch which bothers me as well especially when I’m learning a new song. The sound board is not good quality and the “classic piano” setting sounds very unauthentic and electric. But that’s what ya get when you buy a keyboard at this price to be honest. Can’t say I regret the decision but will want to upgrade at some point. Overall just happy to have something affordable to practice on.

I was worried after trying to find a piano for my 8 yr old and everyone had bad reviews. But this has help up perfectly so far. My son loves the options with buttons and it is definitely simple enough for him to explore and play without needing me to set it up each time.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons for the past 2 years and we have used this at home. It has served its purpose. It sounds really nice and great quality for the cost.

Overall for the price I'm satisfied with this purchase. However, there are some unexpected cons. First there is only one actual piano sound in all of the 104 pre-programmed instrument sounds that the keyboard can make. That was unexpected and I would have thought there would be at least two or three different types of piano options (maybe keyboard, electric piano, and concert piano?) I mean, this thing has bagpipes, bones, and an accordion on the list and addition to a bunch of really obscure stuff but they couldn't include more piano options? Odd. Next, it's pretty loud even on the lowest setting. However, there is the option of plugging in headphones and so that's one way to deal with it but I'd prefer not to wear headphones all the time if I don't have to. There's also no setting that I have been able to find that would act like a sustain pedal when you hit the notes which makes whatever you play sound a bit choppy. I also have to say that the enclosed booklet was pretty light on details considering all of the various buttons and programming options that you have. The upside is that there are so many different options and I do look forward to exploring my way through those, I just don't love the fact that I have to go digging around on the internet to find that information when a printed booklet enclosed with the item would have been much more helpful and efficient for me. I also have to say that the microphone that comes with it is not good. It's probably fun for children to play with and so I guess that's the point of its existence but honestly it is a tragically bad microphone. Now, all of that being said? For the money this is a totally usable keyboard experience if you are just trying to learn very basic things or just wanted something to have around for fun.

First, I would like to say it has a number of different options and sounds pretty sturdy and very helpful on selections microphone is good and my daughter loves it which is the most important thing had to get her some headphones because she had it on the maximum volume practicing. This is definitely worth my money and I recommend you to get your self one
