this manga does a better job of capturing the 3ds game Burst more than the anime , this 1st volume captures essence from the start of the game story till yagyu get to the hospital after her battle with mirai .this is an ecchi genre manga ( game n anime too ) so be advised that about if this type of thing is your cup of tea , well if this series has perverted moments ( looking at you katsuragi - OOPPAIII - ) but you cant go wrong about ninja chicks get it on in a fight , the charactersf are interesting tho they can be improved beyond just being ..... ecchi i suppose .great read and i enjoyed it , Ikaruga is my favorite of the bunch and asuka reminds me of mai from KOF in some way which was an inspiration to try this series .

really cool love the Hanzo Academy girls on this manga .Yagyu, and katsuguri are my favorite from Skirting Shadows, Vol. 1funny stuffcontemporary manga really sweet .really amazing action and comedy

I love the Senran Kagura Series, so getting this book was a thing of beauty. Knowing that I can use my time well reading this series, I recommend giving this a shot!

I know little of the source material, but from what I've seen from the first volume of the manga it was a lot of sense of humor. Perverted humor and general cuteness provide the icing on a story that's actually intriguing. I can't wait to see where the story goes. If you want something that's a little self aware and never takes itself seriously this might be the manga for you.

I recently found out about Senran Kagura and instantly became a fan I've always liked these kind of anime and this ones awesome! bought a bunch of merchandise and these novels cant wait to dive in.

Good book to read if your a fan of the series. An enjoyable reading experience which is worth the price if you're into this genre.

The Manga is great its got lovely artwork and is right to left as it should be and there are no translation errors that ive noticed I would reccomend to anyone who enjoys the game as it gives you another way to enjoy it instead of seeing it on the screen in text you see the characters interactions which brings it all round to making the game that more enjoyable.
