The pump gauge doesn’t work and I have seen replacements have been sent out, how do I go about getting one ?

This happened to mine. I contacted them directly and they posted a new gauge out to me. Just had to email a photo of the gauge not working. Good service.

If the pointer does not move after several tests, it is damaged. Generally, the gauge will move only after the air pressure in the board reaches 7, There is no pressure in the board to record, so the gauge doesn't read.Gauge test:Pointer moving gauge is available.Completely blocking the air with your palm.
