My husband and I started using Formula 1D when it first came out a couple years back. There are a few things we really appreciate about this product. 1) All natural herbs with no fillers. As a family that takes quite a few vitamins, this is a BIG DEAL because fillers add up and they're not good for you 2) Easily digestible. With many other vitamins it is not uncommon to experience nausea or other effects from the formula itself.
