Poor fit
The size seems slightly off. We have no issue fitting other brand 16x25x1 filters in our furnace, but this one is just 1/16 of an inch too large. Tested it at another furnace, same issue. You can squeeze it in, and it works, but in the two furnaces I used the filters in, I was less than impressed, especially since other brands have always fitted without trouble.

Quality/Sturdy Air Filters to Collect Dust and Protect A/C Equipment
I pretty quickly received (from National Trade Supply, LLC) my (12-pack) Disposable Panel Air Filters which appear to be good quality air filters. The price was reasonable although 3 times more than I have paid only 10 years ago. This is the only reason for slighting 1 star.Fiberglass filters are most recommended for protecting A/C equipment. Pleated filters may collect more allergens but, if they are not changed regularly, they can actually degrade your A/C's performance and efficiency and prematurely damage your A/C unit. Fiberglass collects the actual dust in the air and really can last longer in use than finely pleated filters.Overall, these are a good buy for basic air filters that collect dust/debris well and protect A/C equipment.
