I don't have an electric burner; I mostly use it in the oven, but it can be used on the gas burner, as well.

Ottima per conservare cibi cotti in frigo senza macchiarsi e senza problemi di probabile ossidazione come i contenitori metallici o di rilascio di sostanze tossiche come i contenitori plastici. Passa dal freddo del frigo al fornello senza problemi. Facile da pulire. Ne cercavo una un po' più piccola. Ma vale ogni centesimo speso!
