I had a gastric sleeve done. My doctor stressed how important exercise would be to help with keeping and building muscle and avoiding as much loose skin as possible. I had to do physical therapy and they told me about this set up for my resistance bands. It works so well! Hardly any loose skin after 75 pound loss and my body is so much stronger! No back pain because my core is strong and the knee I was told to have a replacement on doesn’t hurt anymore! I do half an hour and work abs, obliques, glutes, arms and legs. I’m really gaining muscle and it’s easy to do. Just start slow if you’re a beginner like I was. This thing is strong. It’s not going to come off your door. Best money I ever spent!

It's good, easy to put up on your door and is very strong! You can use your ropes or tubes without worry that they'll come undone or break! Te had great strength and endurance, no noise, very good resistance training!

I have had this for over 6 months and I love it! It helps with lower and upper body workouts. I don't have much space so having this attachment is very convenient and I'm able to use different level of resistance bands. Highly recommend.

At first I didn't really care for this that much as it was kind of difficult to figure out how to put on. But once you do that, it really does make everything so much easier. In general, it's sturdy, doesn't move.I'd recommend it

This is the greatest product for working out at home hook it on to your door but your little workout bands on it and go to work it's a great product I have no problems with it

I received the item last week, and today I was excited to finally install it. I opened the package and inspected it, looking for anything concerning. The only concern I had was the locking clasp; thin and appeared to be made of zinc or some other cheap metal. Instructions were mostly pictures. IAs I was trying to secure the clasp, it wasn't budging. I figured it must have been in storage too long, so I just wiggled it back and forth, trying to get some play from it. I then pressed down firmly with my right thumb, and the clasp actually broke (see pictures) and gave me a small, deep gash in my right thumb. The product looked sufficient enough to do what I wanted to do, but that cheap metal clasp has to be replaced with something else.

It's just have 4 loops on anchor but they showed 5 loops It's wrong information they give to customers because now we can't use any of down door sport because not have loops on down area , lock is broken can't lock it so it's loose

Easy to attach to door. Quite sturdy within weight restrictions. Works well overall. Would recommend.
