Q: Will it remember the rpm setting after power loss?

All settings revert to defaults on power loss. Default RPM is 100.

Q: Can it be enabled/disabled via a relay/digital signal?

Sorry to say, this isn't directly supported. We'll be releasing an improved version including this feature in late February. If you're comfortable soldering, you could connect a relay or open-drain digital signal across SW1. The lower-right pin is common and the upper-right pin is input to the microcontroller. Shorting these pins together momentarily (<100ms) will start or stop the motor. Shorting them for a longer period will run the motor until the short is removed.
