If I can give negative score, I would. Bought it with high hope. Was excited when it arrives. Package says it’s bichotan charcoal and I really believed it. It looks and feels like plastic. After washing them thoroughly, I used one pair to cook noodles. I tried stiring the noodles in the pot and the tips already bent. I tried to straighten it but it still leaves a curve. Worst quality ever! I used plastic chopsticks before and even that never bend! Don’t buy!I put a straight chopsticks so you can see the curve

Came rather quickly from Japan. Great workmanship. Will be ordering more as gifts to family and friends.

The smooth plastic these chopsticks are made out of make them challenging to use. There is no texture near the tips, so getting a grip of delicious bits of food can be tough.

These are great chopsticks! I like the twisted design, and I had some compliments.

If you like chopsticks You will love these. The twisted design makes them easier to hold. They are just the right length for larger hands.....male or female. They come direct from Japan so I had to wait awhile to get them...................well worth the wait! The charcoal looks and feels like wood. perhaps a tad heavier. Great for eating sticky rice, noodles, veggies, and anything that you can pick up...........even ice cream Mmmmm my fave.They are sturdy. Brown in color. And they have a Japanese traditional tapered end. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like them. also, I got a free piece of candy from the sellers little girl. sweet.

Beautiful and I love the spiral design. It's unique and it makes holding them more comfortable.They sort of feel like plastic, but I imagine laquered charcoal would. They are great I like them a lot. It's gimmicky having charcoal chopsticks, once they are covered in resin it's not like they have any of the helpful charcoal properties. But I like them. Very lightweight too! So there's that. :)

The product looks very cheap. Does not look like Charcoal made of material except it is gray color. It feels like plastic. I wanted to return it but found out it costs very much to ship back to Japan. I paid it for $16.33. To ship it back it will cost $13 and then the seller also mention about restocking fee. After calculation it is not worth to ship it back.

備長炭配合とあるのでカーボンみたいな感覚だったが実際は黒いプラスチックに見える。釣り竿などしなる素材は割れにくいはずだがこれは前兆無く一瞬で折れ、子供用プラスチック箸の方が硬くて折れにくいのでは?家庭用としては安っぽいし食堂なら力も入れてないのにいきなり折れると苦情が出そう。食器洗い機でも問題ないし塗装が禿げることはないが竹や木の方が良さそう。

こんにちは、iは、箸セットおよび品質によって非常に落胆することを受け取った。 それらの1は実際壊される。 そして、箸にクラックがある。

お客様用にと購入したのですが、ちょっと安っぽい感じがもろでていて、いまいちでした。使い勝手は、普通だったのですが。。。改めてかい直そうかと思ってます。

炭の効果はよくわかりませんが長さもちょうどよくとても使いやすいです。ただ清潔かどうかに炭のあるなしはあまり関係ないと思います。強度も木の箸に比べて弱いです。それでも結構気に入ってます

折れやすく、ちょっと力を入れた時に半分から真っ二つでした。熱めのお湯で洗うと曲がります。あっというまに５膳なくなりました。

気になったので炭の産地を問い合わせたらマレーシア産の備長炭パウダーを使用とのことで、安心して購入しました。先端がシボ加工されていてとても使いやすく気に入っています。他のキッチン用品も揃えていこうと思っています。ただこのお箸についてはほんの少し　しなるので重いもの大きいものを持ったり固めのものを割ったりする時は、すこおーーしだけ気をつけています（根菜の煮物とかハンバーグなど）

箸先に加工はしてあるのですが、ツルリンとすべって使い難いです。先がもう少し尖っていたほうがいいのかしら？またこれから仕上げ加工するのかと思うような粗けづり感もあります。日本製とありますが本当に日本人が作ったものかしら？
