The hair was super soft and maybe I didn’t see where the cap size was an option but it’s VERY snug almost small. It MAY be 20inches SOMEWHERE maybe in the back from top to bottom but this unit is LAYERED your almost not getting enough hair because you’re cheated by the layers. Overall I rate it a 3.5 once I finesse it(bleach the knots tint the cap and install it) I’ll add more to this review.
