This cleaver, made in China, has a very thick blade, 3.3 mm. I think it can crush some bones.Comes very sharp and very well foam packed.

Unconscious Bargain, Great Meat Cleaver
This is a well made mid to heavyweight chinese meat cleaver, an absolute jaw dropping bargain for the $4 I paid for it, as it is functionally comparable to cleavers worth 10X that, at $40+. Very highly recommended for chopping fish, poultry, foul, and lighter pork joints, ribs, etc.
