OK for small, temporary cable management tasks
For cables that you don't plan to move around much, your best bet is good old fashioned cables ties - zip, clip and done for very little cost or fuss. However, if you're still planning to change your configuration, these little clips might be useful for things like USB cables, or even short lengths of Ethernet, speaker, or HDMI cabling. They are small, and feel a bit flimsy, but they weigh next to nothing. The low weight is good for organizing cables under a desk or work table. I used them to tighten up the cabling to a new monitor. Since I don't know exactly where I want to position the monitor yet, I found this useful, and even was able to use them to shorten the power cable by a few inches.
