Can timer be set to automatically which to cold after xx amount of minutes?

I got a defective Steamer, and a wrong Steamer also. The company sent me a cheaper order. In order for me to return it I was told to pay over $65. Not happening

What is the best way to clean this steamer?

Vinager and water Let it run through and follow up with regular distilled water prior to use on yourself or client

After assembling it, the adjustment to make it go up and down won't move anymore. It's stuck all the way down. Any way to fux it?
