Sous Vide Container, Clips, Floating Ball Cover For Anova and Joule Cookers (Medium)

Very nice tub. Makes it easy to fill and see what is cooking. Balls seem to be more of a novelty than a need, not much evaporation happens at the low temps involved with this style of cooking. They do help to separate bags to improve flow around more than one bag. Clips are probably best use to clip a spoon to a bag to anchor. Havent really found any need for them

Works great so far after 3 cooks. Clips are strong and easy to store. Haven't used the balls yet, but they seem to be high quality.Used the balls for a 24 hour cook and they worked as advertised. Minimal evaporation loss and the balls dried quickly in the bag afterwards.

Actually smaller than I expected. It's my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions

Received it on Tuesday. I used it on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I made NY strip, a slab of ribs and filet. Simply amazing.
