My coworker gave me the bison one to try. It tasted expensive lol so when I saw this on sale I had to get it. I got the beef uncured bacon-apple one and I love it. It’s not sweet or chewy or salty like regular jerky. It’s a savory protein bar basically

Love epic bars!! This is one of my favorites and go to ordered! Price gets a little high, just dont order as often as I like, but I know I’m paying for quality. Has an “oily” like feeling when u touch it, it’s soft and tender, not quite a dry meat but lean. I however always struggle to open the package! But the bar has excellent flavor! Def recommend!

Even tho they have a lot of carbs they make a great snack when out and starving. My son carries these with him on his crazy long drives to work (he travels a lot of hos job). They definitely have a fermented cultured taste but we like them a lot. They are excellent to travel with and are great for those times you need to run out of the house and dont have time to make food. I actually smear butter on mine and then pop them in a baggie. They are SO good with butter. :-)

Bacon. Not good. Taste, texture, and smell are very off putting. My opinion only,, they do not taste like bacon or real smoke. In addition, there is an excessive amount of vinegar. The texture, however, was much more off putting. The best way to describe it is if you pureed meat or mashed it into a paste, for a baby, then stuck it together with a starch. Theres almost no need to chew. I dont like that. Visually, they look like maybe they'd be smoked, but I'd be surprised and whatever smokiness there is smells like that liquid smoke tastes and the vinegar is still overwhelming even in the smell. Not as though the product had gone bad, but think heavily vinegared salad. The texture alone is why I will not try any others from this brand. As for recommending them, you should decide for yourself, but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying more than 1 prior to tasting them. I will say that 5 people tried them, varying in ages, and noone liked them.

The flavor, saltiness, and texture of pressed confetti meat make me regret this purchase. There are definitely better meat products for my money.

These are imo so delicious! They have whole cranberries which I love the texture of & the flavor isn't too salty or greasy & they are juicy soft & tender & are super flavorful! Not spicy at all in case anyone wonders. Smokey & meaty

I would not buy these again and would like to return them. The flavor and texture are not appetizing. They have a sour flavor due to the apple and a crumbly, mushy texture. I do not find them at all appealing.
